We're Getting Married!

We Would Love For You To Come Celebrate With Us in Mexico

We're getting married and couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than a party with all of our loved ones on the beach!

If you would like to come, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible.

In order to RSVP and reserve your spot, a deposit of $300 must be made, which will lock in both your flight and hotel. The remaining balances will be paid in February and March.

Here's the Details:

When
May 17th-May 23rd, 2026
The actual wedding will take place on Thursday the 21st, so if you want to miss out on a ton of fun you could fly in on Wednesday the 20th instead.

Where
The wedding and the stay will take place at the Bahia Principe Luxury Akumal. This is a 5-star, all-inclusive resort, which is about 45 minutes from the Cancun airport. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is handled by the resort and is included in the package.

Booking the trip
The booking can all be handled through our travel agent, Laura Timpson. She has the ability to handle both your flight and hotel. The other nice part is that to reserve your spot (and lock in your pricing) all that is needed is a deposit ($150 for flight and $150 for hotel), and then the remaining amounts will be due in February and March (Detailed Payment Info Below).

All of the hotel rooms must be booked through Laura, but the flights can be booked independently if you've got some flier miles burning a hole in your pocket. Please be sure to indicate which booking option you prefer on the RSVP form (linked below)

Pricing
So for the resort we recommend everybody get dual, 2-person rooms, which would put the price per person at right around $943. Please keep in mind that this is an all inclusive resort so that is the cost for the room, food, and drinks for the entire week. The cost breaks down to about $157.22 per person per night, so if you're flying in later than the 17th your cost will be slightly lower.

For flights, the cost varies quite a bit depending on where you fly out of, but right now they are looking to be around $700-800 for a round trip flight out of Salt Lake City or Vegas.

This would put the total flight and hotel package price for a week trip out of SLC at $1,804.28, and the price out of Vegas would be $1,716.88.

Please keep in mind that Laura can book you a flight from anywhere, we just put together these packages because the majority of people would be flying out of SLC or Vegas, so if you need to customize that please reach out to her to get an exact price.

The Wedding
The wedding ceremony will take place on Thursday the 21st at around 7:00pm, at the same resort we're staying at. We were able to reserve the beach for both the ceremony and the reception, so everything will be in the same place!
